These terms cover your use of adgentec.com and the Adgentec Inquiry Texts program you can join through the forms on this site, such as adgentec.com/start. By using the site or joining the program you agree to them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Adgentec Inquiry Texts

When you submit our form with a mobile number and tick the consent box, Adgentec will text you to confirm receipt, ask a few short questions about your business and your goal, and offer times for a call with a strategist. These are messages about your own inquiry. We do not send promotional texts through this program.

By ticking the box you agree to receive text messages from Adgentec at the number you gave us, including messages written and sent by automated software. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can email [email protected] or call (213) 393-2125 instead.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to opt out. You will get one final confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to rejoin. You can also opt out by emailing or calling us.
• Reply HELP for help, call (213) 393-2125 between 9am and 5pm Pacific time, or email [email protected].
• You must be 18 or older and the owner or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us. Tell us if your number changes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

What this site is

The site describes what Adgentec does and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it, and nothing in a text message, is an offer, a quote or a contract. Pricing, scope and term are set only in a signed agreement.

Results are not promises

Any result on this site describes what happened on one account over one period. It is not a forecast for yours. Advertising performance depends on your product, offer, budget, market and the platforms themselves, none of which we control.

Creative shown on the site

Creative on this site is shown as visual reference for the kind of work we make. Some of it is concept work made to show range. Brand names, logos and products belong to their owners. A brand appearing here does not mean it is a client or that it endorses Adgentec, unless we say so by name.

The blog

Posts are our opinion and general information, not professional advice for your account. We cite our sources and try to be accurate, but platforms change quickly and a post may be out of date by the time you read it.

Our content

The text, design, code and original creative on this site belong to Adgentec or are used with permission. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy it, republish it or use it to train a model without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or probe the site, scrape it at volume, submit false inquiries, or use it to break the law.

Links

We link to third party sites as sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

No warranty

The site and the text program are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Adgentec is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or the text program. Our total liability for any such claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always at adgentec.com/terms, with its effective date at the top.
